How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- If you received an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible : email@example.com
- We ask that you please provide as much as detail as possible , including photos so that we can quickly and thoroughly investigate your claim.
- In an effort to reduce our environment impact, if you have a minor problem with a product, we will offer reimbursement for repair as the first and preferred resolution.
- When you have a major problem with product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement store credit or refund.
- All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached
- No returns will be accepted on garments with makeup or deodorant stains, please be cautions of this when trying on your items.
- No returns will be accepted on jewelry, accessories, bodysuits, and inttimates. These are FINAL SALE.
- Unfortunately, returns do not qualify for the free returns and the cost is at customer's expense.
- Refunds are offered on all orders received back to us within 20 days of your delivery date.
- All refunds are processed back to the original paymenth method used to place the order. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected at your end.
- It is your reponsibilty to ensure that your return meets the above requirements or we have the right to reject the return request.
- Items purchased during our Fourth of July Sale, Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale, and our End of Year Sale are eligible to return for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
